1. Overview of Services
HostifAI provides an AI-native SaaS platform for service-driven organizations to automate guest interactions, coordinate operational workflows, and gain actionable insights. Access may be granted via a trial or paid subscription.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to maintain your account credentials securely.
3. Free Trial
You may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. HostifAI reserves the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance per the pricing plan selected. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable except as expressly stated. Overages may incur additional charges.
5. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with any aspect of the software
- Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Circumvent limits on usage, AI credits or number of users/teams
6. User Content & Responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, including UAE PDPL and other applicable international regulations.
7. Data Access, Retention & Export
Users may access, manage, and export their data from within the platform. Upon termination, you may request data retrieval for up to 30 days. After that period, we may delete the data permanently.
Data Hosting Location: All platform data is securely hosted on servers located in the Netherlands (European Union), maintained by DigitalOcean. By using the Services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data in accordance with the UAE Federal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Privacy & Data Protection
HostifAI collects, stores, and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. We comply with:
- UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) on the Protection of Personal Data
- EU GDPR obligations for users located in the European Economic Area
9. Service Levels & Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Support is available via chat and email during business hours. For critical incidents, a priority response system is in place based on your support tier.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Outstanding fees will remain due.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform software, trademarks, and content (except User Content) are owned by HostifAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostifAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable to companies registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone (IFZA). Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts, unless otherwise agreed.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will always be available on our website.
